Thomas Barnes

Workshop Manager / Tuner / Mechanic / Fabricator / Welder Born into a petrolhead family, Thomas has been building, tuning, and racing cars since his teens. With experience ranging from drag racing V8s to developing one of Europe’s fastest MINIs, he brings decades of motorsport knowledge and hands-on skill to 1320. Having been with the company since its early days, Thomas is the driving force behind our workshop, customer service, and performance innovation.
Scott Barnes

Mechanic / Fabricator / Welder Like his brother, Scott grew up immersed in cars and motorsport. He honed his fabrication and mechanical skills through off-road builds, drag racing, and custom chassis work before joining 1320 in 2010. Since then, he’s become a MINI specialist in his own right, known for his precision, fabrication talent, and commitment to performance.
Kieran Larkin

Mechanic Kieran joined 1320MINI with over 8 years of motor trade experience and has quickly become a key part of the workshop team. Skilled in servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs, he’s already been hands-on with everything from supercharger servicing to gearbox and engine work. With a strong background and a passion for getting the details right, Kieran is ready to take on MINI-specific projects and support our customers in keeping their cars running at their best.
