We will endeavour to ship on the same day all orders received by 12 o’clock midday, which gives us time to pick, pack and if necessary arrange a specialist courier. Any orders that arrive after this time or that miss the daily courier for some unforeseen reason will be shipped the next working day. If there are some particularly urgent parts required please phone the office to ensure that we can meet your requirements.
If there are any issues with your order we will keep you informed about its progress.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
As with any tuning or racing equipment it is not possible to offer any warranty on items and we can not be held responsible for how equipment is used. However, if you order any goods and you change your mind for some reason we will refund your money PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
The goods must not have been fitted or tampered with in any manner.
It is not possible to offer refund on parts specially manufactured for you, unless they have proved to be faulty or defective in some manner.
If the ordered goods are faulty or are defective in some manner then they will be either replaced at our cost or full credit given, depending upon your wishes, once they have been returned and checked. The maximum that 1320 will refund for any faulty or defective parts is the original cost of purchase and any delivery costs incurred. 1320 will not be held liable for any costs associated with replacing the part or any other damage done.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. On inspection of the goods you will be credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods to us.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card or other payment method will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
If for some reason the wrong items have been delivered to you please notify us of this and we will arrange for the goods to be picked up and replacement goods shipped immediately the originals have been checked on return.
